The beginning

If you have arrived to this page looking for solutions, unfortunately I cannot help. This is a rant page that I have paid and put up because of my sheer frustration with Apple. My only hope is someone senior will take note of this and try and help. 

 After two months of speaking with Apple, I'm still unable to create a Apple Developer ID via their Apple Developer program. 

To date I have done the following : 

- Attempted to sign up using my apple id which I had generated when the iPhone 3gs first came out. 

-Attempted to sign up using new apple id

-Attempted to get my partner to sign up 

-Attempted to sign up using my work email address

-Attempted to sign up using a windows machine

-Attempted to sign up using a linux (Ubuntu) machine

-Attempted to sign up using a new sim card for my phone number

I've contacted Apple support several times, and the first support person said that the Apple uses a lot of data and they know something about you that they don't like ??? 

Second Apple support person I spoke to said that they had no instructions on how to handle this, the best thing I can do is keep retrying and hopefully it will sort itself out. 

Asking to speak to someone else they mentioned that they cannot escalate the issue since they didn't have any instructions on how to handle this. They used the phrase "End of the line for you".

I then spoke to another person from Apple Support and they took the trouble of redoing my mac with a new ID etc... and still nothing. 

4th person I spoke to escalated my issue to someone senior, and they mentioned that two people in my country had reported teh issue. They sent an email with a case number and said that I can reach them. I had left it in their capable hands for over a month and kept working on my app. 

I decided to follow up to find out if it has progressed and I received a reply with  : 

So I'm now stuck, with no where to go ...
